Indigo Blooms products are lovingly packaged in containers that are readily recyclable. Waste not, want not! That is our shipping policy so we use:

• corn starch packing peanuts
• recycled or recyclable filler or wrapping materials
• the highest post-consumer content shipping boxes we can find

To be eco-wise we:

• reduce and reuse other vendor packaging to keep landfill empty
• print our labels on eco-friendly paper with water-based or soy inks

Within our facilities we recycle everything we possibly can:

• paper, plastic, tin, aluminum, plastic bags, cardboard
• compost herb and food scraps

We do all this because we think it’s important. It’s not cheap but it’s so very important walk the talk and create awareness through our choices.

Product Guarantee

We love our products and think that you will, too. If you don’t, we offer a 30 day Indigo Blooms Botanicals product guarantee on every product we sell. Please call customer service at 720-220-1812 to obtain a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. All refunds will be provided as a credit back to the customer credit card or debit card used at the time of purchase within 30 days of the request, or we can offer a replacement product in lieu of a refund if requested.

If for any reason a product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at 720-220-1812 within five days for replacement. We want to be sure you’re happy with your purchase. Let us know if there is anything we can do to ensure your satisfaction!
